Awery Aviation Software has appointed Cornelia Korsch as Global Development Director for Awery and CargoBooking, strengthening its leadership team as it seeks to expand the digital air cargo quoting and booking platform’s airline network and adoption among freight forwarders.
In her new role, Korsch will focus on bringing additional airlines and cargo capacity onto CargoBooking, while driving greater adoption of the platform across the forwarding community. The appointment comes as digital distribution continues to gain importance in connecting airline capacity with freight forwarder demand.
The move follows Awery’s recent appointment of Gianluca Marcangelo as Executive Vice President of Global Sales, further reinforcing the company’s commercial leadership as it expands its global footprint.

Korsch brings more than 30 years of air cargo experience spanning airline sales, technology and business development. Her career includes global airline partnership roles at WebCargo by Freightos and AirBridgeCargo Airlines, alongside more than two decades with Cargolux Airlines, giving her extensive experience across both the airline and technology sides of the air freight ecosystem.

XpressBees, the Indian logistics and supply chain solutions provider operating as BusyBees Logistics Solutions, has appointed Aseem Sachdeva as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment brings an experienced finance and business leader to the company, with more than two decades of professional experience across e-commerce, digital businesses and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Sachdeva joins XpressBees from Amura Health, where he served as CFO from September 2025 to September 2026. Before that, he spent approximately three and a half years at Tata Digital, from February 2022 to July 2025, holding leadership positions including Chief Business Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance. His responsibilities included business finance and leadership of the company's electronics business unit. A significant part of Sachdeva's career was spent at Flipkart, where he worked for more than eight years in finance and business leadership roles. He joined the e-commerce company in November 2013 as Director of Supply Chain Business Finance, helping build the finance function for the business. Subsequently, he served as Chief of Staff to the CFO and GST Lead, contributing to the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax framework across the Flipkart group. From August 2017 to February 2022, Sachdeva led finance for Flipkart Marketplace, the Selection and Supply Ecosystem, 2GUD.com and Flipkart Israel. His experience in supply chain business finance and large-scale e-commerce operations is particularly relevant to the financial management of a logistics business. Earlier in his career, Sachdeva worked at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, handling regional finance responsibilities in Delhi and North India before moving into national key accounts finance. He is a chartered accountant and holds an MBA, combining financial expertise with business management experience. His appointment comes as financial discipline, operational efficiency and scalable business models remain important considerations for India's evolving logistics and e-commerce ecosystem. His background across finance, supply chain operations and digital commerce brings relevant experience to XpressBees as it continues to serve businesses operating across increasingly complex distribution networks. DSV has appointed Pinz to head its project logistics activities across the Asia-Pacific region, strengthening the leadership team of its recently established DSV Global Projects and Industry Solutions (DPIS) business unit. In the new role, Pinz will oversee project cargo and heavy-lift logistics operations across APAC, a region that continues to see growing investment in energy, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing and large-scale capital projects. The appointment forms part of DSV's broader effort to expand its specialised project logistics capabilities following the integration of DB Schenker into the group. Pinz brings extensive experience in project cargo transportation and supply chain management, having worked on complex logistics projects involving oversized and heavy-lift cargo movements. His appointment fills a key regional leadership position within DPIS as DSV continues to strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific market. The Asia-Pacific region remains a strategic growth market for project logistics providers, supported by ongoing investments in energy transition projects, industrial expansion, transportation infrastructure and manufacturing capacity. With the expanded scale resulting from the Schenker acquisition, DSV is positioning its project logistics business to capture opportunities across these sectors while providing end-to-end solutions for complex cargo movements. The appointment comes as DSV continues integrating its global operations and expanding its specialised logistics offerings across key international markets.
