Afzal Malbarwala of Galaxy Freight, who previously served as vice-president, has now been appointed as President of The Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI). Malbarwala takes over from Sunil Arora of Delta Air Freight.
CK Govil of Activair Airfreight India has been elected Vice-President, and Ashish Asaf of SA Consultants and Forwarders, and Anil Vazirani of Robinsons Cargo & Logistics has taken over as Secretary General and Treasurer, respectively.
The announcements were made during the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ACAAI held on September 22, 2021 in Mumbai.
