Keeping in mind the constant need for improving efficiency in the air cargo operations Skyways Group launched an express and e-commerce subsidiary – ‘sKart Global Express’.
The formal launch was done by the Group Chairman S.L Sharma on February 19, 2020 at Mother Hub in ACLC 2, IGI Airport New Delhi. sKart is a technology driven express solution designed to cater to needs of individuals, MSME and large corporate customers. Skyways Group has been expanding its product portfolio to cover all logistics requirements of customers and this will enable them to offer seamless first and last mile connectivity.
The chairman stressed on the importance of this technology for the company to move proactively on the digital journey which has changed the logistics landscape. He expressed great confidence in this new project which will usher the company towards greater heights.
Yashpal Sharma, Managing Director, Skyways Air Services dwelled on the concept idea and the painstaking journey of close to 10 years during which many business models were tested hands-on. He was glad that the core team put their best ideas take the dream forward.
