The Supervisory Board of Schenker AG has appointed Katharina Rath as the new Member of the Board of Management for Human Resources.
Rath will take over from Thomas Schulz, the current Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), who leaves at the end of his regular appointment period on October 31, 2020 after eight years in the role.
For almost two decades, Rath has held various senior-level positions at Continental Automotive Technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President Human Relations- Automotive Technologies and Holistic Engineering & Technologies, and as Member of the Automotive Board.
“Katharina Rath is an internationally experienced expert in various fields of HR. The Supervisory Board and I are very pleased to have gained her talent, knowledge and leadership skills for the DB Schenker Board of Management”, said Dr Levin Holle, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schenker AG.

47-year-old Rath will assume her new role on December 01, 2020.
