Air Cargo Belgium (ACB) has appointed David Bellon as the air freight community’s new Chairman in a Board of Directors meeting on September 03. Bellon will be succeeding Steven Polmans as of November 15, who was the chairman since the very beginning of ACB in 2016.
David, who is active as Airfreight Product Station Manager at DHL Global Forwarding Belgium, in the past held the role of Vice Chairman and Representative for the forwarder cluster and has always been very engaged within the organisation and BRUcargo.
Commenting on his new role, David said, “I am honoured to have received the confidence from the Board of Directors to become Chairman of our organisation. I look forward to continuing to serve ACB in this new role and thank Steven Polmans for the fantastic work done so far. Let us continue on this great journey of digitisation and community approach!”
