Allcargo Logistics’ Joint Managing Director, Adarsh Hegde has been appointed as the Managing Director of Gati-KWE, a 70:30 joint venture between Gati Ltd and Japan’s Kintetsu World Express (KWE).

Hegde replaces Mahendra Agarwal who recently resigned from the Board of Administrators of Gati, Gati-KWE, and Gati-Kausar.

In the additional role, effective October 05, Hegde will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of all businesses of Gati-KWE with active involvement in the implementation and execution of the transformation project that is currently underway. He will report directly to Allcargo Logistics and Gati Ltd’s Chairman Shashi Kiran Shetty and work closely with Deputy Managing Director Bala Aghoramurthy and Chief Financial and Transformation Officer Rohan Mittal.
