Singapore-based Pacific International Lines (PIL) has launched a new cargo liner service between China and India.
Tagged the China India Express (CIX), the new service will provide a direct connection from Tianjin and Qingdao in Northern China and Kaohsiung in Taiwan into India’s West Coast and neighbouring Sri Lanka, calling Nhava Sheva, Mundra, and Colombo. Port calls will also be scheduled at Singapore and Port Klang in Malaysia.
The new service’s maiden voyage is scheduled for Friday, June 5.
