One of the leading e-commerce enablers, Shipway has announced its partnership with Instamojo, an eCommerce platform for DTC brands and MSMEs.

The vital partnership will enable the Instamojo store owners to get an access to easiest and fastest shipping services, single dashboard to automate fulfillment workflow,

generate bulk shipping labels with one click, branded tracking and notification, automated NDR follow-ups, branded DIY return page and automate refunds and exchange.

Fuelling D2C growth, the Shipway app on Instamojo will help D2C brands in improving order fulfillment speed by 50%, reducing the ‘where is my order calls’, increasing successful deliveries and reducing RTOs by upto 20 %. In addition, the 15 days return cycle can be reduced to 5 days.
