Savills, an international real-estate advisory firm has been Great Place to Work®-Certified in India from February 2022 to February 2023. The company has received its third accreditation within three years of its full-fledged operations in India. Today, Savills employs over 450 employees in India and aims to continue its growth journey.

The certification recognises Savills India’s commitment to building a diverse and inclusive culture through initiatives like formulating a diversity and inclusion policy and launching a dedicated committee under the same. Under its wellness@work initiative, regular sessions on physical & mental health were conducted to ensure constant personal and professional development of employees. Through its ‘Together in Tough Times’ programme the company extended support to its workforce and their families during the pandemic.
