On the largest international integrated supply chain service provider, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has announced Julia Nolf as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the Americas region. In her new role, she will oversee sales, business development, marketing, and account management across North and Latin America.

As a member of the regional executive team, she will report directly to Regional CEO Peter Huewel.

Julia Nolf has over 15 years of diverse professional experience in business development, sales operations, marketing, and human resources. Before joining Hellmann, she was Vice President- Sales Enablement and Sales Learning and Talent Development at XPO Logistics, where she was responsible for all global sales effectiveness initiatives and pioneered the company’s first comprehensive sales process. During that time, Julia played a key role in organisational strategy and enterprise sales structure design.

Prior to her move to logistics, Julia held various positions in the construction industry including roles leading global technical training and organisational design for a lighting and building automation company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and an MBA from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
