Adrien Thominet, the CEO of the Paris-based ECS Group, one of the world’s largest integrated cargo GSSAs, has stepped up the career ladder, to become the Executive Chairman, effective August 01, as part of the organisation’s latest reshuffling. He succeeds Bertrand Schmoll who has taken up the position of Senior Advisor that includes responsibilities for finances and acquisitions.
Adrien Thominet has been with ECS Group for more than 25 years, becoming its COO in 2011 and then CEO in 2017.

ECS Group’s intense digital, commercial, administrative, and organisational transformations over the past few years have culminated in a revised and enhanced product offering, along with an increased focus on sustainability going forward.
“We will soon be publishing the results of our revised commercial direction with the launch of our Augmented GSA concept in the coming weeks,” he revealed.
