Relentless to support its customers worldwide with comprehensive logistics solutions for pharmaceutical products, Volga-Dnepr Group is strengthening its global healthcare team, to be led by Yulia Celetaria, Healthcare Director who will be in charge of smooth operations of the Group. Along with her team, Celetaria will look into the alignment of dedicated healthcare and life-saving services with the usage of the Group’s freighter fleet, network connections through scheduled flights and charter options.
“We have aligned our organisational chart to embrace various levels of operational process– Sales, Procurement, Operations, which enables us to meet the customer’s needs and provide 360-degree coverage of the situation, which sometimes changes at a sky-rocket pace. With our qualified and experienced team members who possess the right combination of hard and soft skills and are devoted to lifelong learning, we are able to meet the logistics challenges of yesterday, today and tomorrow,” said Celetaria.
The team, which also consists of regional experts with in-depth market knowledge, will work closely with all the stakeholders, starting from pharmaceutical manufacturers, freight forwarders, road feeder providers up to ground handling agents, last-mile delivery companies and final consignee, as well as global healthcare organisations and local regulators.
With the top priority being the organisation of efficient and safe transportation of COVID-19 vaccines, Volga-Dnepr has also set a dedicated Vaccine Task Force, to be fronted by Casper Pan, Head of Healthcare- APAC, who has been part of the Group for a long time.
Pan and his team has been following the global vaccine development trends and implements the necessary changes to the existing processes to provide high-quality services and guarantee vaccine integrity.
